PROGRAM & PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Our program and project management support provides essential leadership, operational oversight, communication and reporting to keep our customers informed and tasks moving forward. We do this through:

Our program managers help define program vision, goals, and objectives. We solve and create plans to mitigate  problems that may impact strategic initiatives, and support the measurement and evaluation of results.

RISK MANAGEMENT

We continually evaluate our programs for risk and work with our customers to take corrective action to ensure deadlines, adapt to changing requirements, control costs, and anticipate other risks that could affect the progress our outcome of a program or project.

RESEARCH & DATA ANALYSIS

We conduct systematic primary research through the process of data gathering, and secondary research using existing research materials. We then turn that research into actionable information through data analysis, reporting and decision support.

We conduct research by data-gathering, paper and electronic document review, stakeholder interviews and surveys, and other customer-specific methods.

DATA ANALYSIS

We follow an iterative approach to data analysis that is diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive. We document and report on critical data to aid in our customers' decision-making and strategic planning processes.

Data

DIGITAL RECORDS MANAGEMENT

We help digitize, modernize and maintain records and documents of all types to ensure they are safely stored, easily retrievable, and secure.

RECORDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

We assist with design and development of digital records management systems, roll-out, maintenance and management of the system, and training government customers on records management policies and procedures.

RECORD AND DATA SECURITY

Many of the records we work with contain sensitive information, whether classified by the agency, or Personally Identifiable Information (PII) on individuals' documents and records. Data security is of the utmost importance to QED and our customers, and we have the knowledge and experience to protect what needs to be protected.

POLICIES AND PROTOCOLS

Following agency and federal guidelines for digital records storage ensures that institutional records of vital historical, fiscal, and legal value are identified and preserved, and that non-essential records are discarded in a timely manner.

Records

OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY

We provide Health, Safety and Industrial Hygiene services to reduce occupational injuries, illnesses, and meet regulatory requirements.

HEALTH & SAFETY

We conduct ergonomic, respiratory protection, and occupational risk assessments through site inspections, incident and injury investigations, and policy management to protect our clients and employees.

EDUCATION & TRAINING

Critical to occupational safety is regular and ongoing education and training. We conduct scheduled training and impromptu, incident-related training to mitigate risks to people, equipment and the facility.

Personal Protective Equipment

We procure, monitor, maintain and provide supplies of PPE such as masks and respirators to protect people from contact with respiratory hazards; gloves, masks and suits to prevent contact with HAZMATS; steel toed shoes and hard hats to prevent bodily injury; earplugs and safety glasses; and more.

OHS

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

Our Financial Management services include financial analysis, project cost analysis and controls, budget and cash flow planning, forecasting, and invoicing and fee remittance.

FINANCIAL ANALYSIS

We evaluate programs, projects, budgets, and other financial transactions to assess financial stability, support financial policy, and provide insight into strategic plans and budget forecasts.

PROJECT CONTROLS

We support clients with conceptual and detailed cost estimating, performance analysis and reporting including Earned Value Management (EVM), Cost Performance Index and Schedule Performance Index.

BUDGET AND CASH FLOW PLANNING

We estimate future income and expenditure to assess liquidity. We employ risk management processes and procedures, as well as cost controls to ensure proper program funding and expenditure.

INVOICING AND FEE REMITTANCE

We remit fees on behalf of our government customers to pay for agency-specific services. This includes individual detailed invoicing for multiple entities, as well as tracking and adherence to individual entity payment schedules.

Admin

ADMINISTRATIVE & LOGISTICS SUPPORT

We support our customers with a wide variety of administrative and logistics expertise to support mission requirements.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

Our administrative support includes executive level administration, drafting correspondence, meeting coordination, answering calls and emails, calendar maintenance, and clerical tasks.

WRITING/EDITING/CORRESPONDENCE

We draft documents, emails, memos, and other correspondence with appropriate style and grammar; proofread and edit policy documents and reports; update, maintain and distribute document templates; and maintain call logs.

PROCUREMENT, PURCHASING & SUPPLY

We source products and adhere to federal procurement and purchasing practices to secure program-related materials and equipment, and maintain adequate inventory of program-required materials.

SECURITY SERVICES

We provide classified and sensitive security facility escort services, including VIP and construction escorting. We also provide secure information technology data integration and electronic document security. 

CLASSIFIED AND UNCLASSIFIED MAIL

We process incoming and outgoing classified and unclassified mail and parcels on a daily basis; deliver classified and unclassified mail and parcels; log all mail and parcel pick-up and delivery; and ensure chain-of-custody over classified material until it is no longer necessary to be tracked.
