QED Enterprises, Inc. Awarded Domain 1 on GSA OASIS+ Small Business (SB)

This Contract Action Adds to QED's Awards in Domain 2 and Domain 7 SB and Previous Awards in Domains 1, 2, and 7 on OASIS+ 8(a) and OASIS+ SDVOSB

Woodbridge, VA: Initially awarded OASIS+ Small Business (SB) in 2024 in Domains 2 and 7, QED was awarded Domain 1 on 06/12/2025 and is now eligible to compete for additional task order awards. This new Domain award adds to QED’s suite of OASIS+ awards, including OASIS+ All Small (SB) Domains 1, 2 and 7; OASIS+ 8(a) Domains 1, 2 and 7; and OASIS+ SDVOSB Domains 1, 2 and 7.

QED’s Vice President for Federal Solutions, Ralph Gronlund, commented, “The addition of Domain 1 (Management and Advisory) to our OASIS+ Small Business awarded domains increases the ability for our customers to reach us on the OASIS+ suite of contract vehicles, and ensures that QED is able to continue to provide needed services to our federal customers.”

Domain 1 – Management and Advisory: This domain includes a full range of management and consulting services that can improve a federal agency’s performance, aid its endeavors to meet mission goals, and provide operating advice and assistance on administrative and management issues.

Domain 2 – Technical and Engineering (T&E): This domain includes requirements to provide specific engineering, geoscience, or other technical professional skills, such as those performed by engineers, geologists, geophysicists, and technicians, required to handle specific operating conditions and problems for the benefit of the government. Work under this Domain typically involves the application of physical laws and principles of engineering in the design, development, and utilization of machines, materials, instruments, processes, and systems; and providing expert advice and assistance on technical functions and issues.

Domain 7 – Facilities (FAC): Services in this domain include any and all services required to maintain and operate buildings, paved services, utilities infrastructure, and real property assets and equipment. This could include major facility support such as Department of Defense installations, hospitals, cemeteries, and other federal or industrial real property, but does not include major or primary purpose construction. GSA has included a wide range of services found in facilities contracts because of their historical use to support total facilities solutions.
