QED Enterprises, Inc. Awarded it’s Largest Contract to Date: $148M to Support TSA’s Employee Parking Assistance Program

Woodbridge, VA: On March 31, 2022, QED Enterprises, Inc., was awarded the Employee Parking Assistance Program (EPAP) contract by the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) to provide financial, customer support, and shuttle services in support of approximately 35,000 TSA employees at approximately 139 airports and field offices nationwide. QED was awarded a one year base plus four option years task order with a potential total contract award that exceeds $148M. This 8(a) competed contract was procured under the GSA One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) contract. This is QED’s second award under this Best-in-Class vehicle to date. QED’s responsibilities include program management, financial analysis and reconciliation, customer service, and, at some airports, shuttle bus services.

TSA is charged with protecting the nation’s transportation systems to ensure freedom of movement for people and commerce. Recruiting and retaining a highly skilled and trained workforce necessary to staff passenger and baggage screening checkpoints across the nation is critical to agency operations. The TSA Employee Parking Assistance Program supports TSA’s mission by providing a simplified means of subsidizing parking to eligible TSA employees.

QED will remit parking fees on behalf of the TSA at all required locations for all participating employees and work with TSA program officials to establish parking locations for TSA employees, along with shuttles to transport employees from parking lots to and from their work location(s).

“This contract award is a game changer for QED,” said Mark Witte, QED Chief Executive Officer. “We are proud to serve TSA and the federal government. We have been working hard to position the company for growth in both our Services and Construction divisions, and this award will allow QED to branch out and pursue business and customer relationships that support our strategic plan. Our business development team members are some of the best in the business and are focused on expanding our list of strategic partners for future opportunities,” emphasized Witte.
