QED Awarded Contract to Support NSF Directorate for Geosciences
Stafford, VA: On October 9th, 2024, QED Enterprises, Inc., was awarded a contract for support to the U.S. National Science Foundation Directorate for Geosciences (GEO). QED was awarded a one-year base plus four option years task order procured under the GSA One Acquistion Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) contract.
The purpose of the request for expert/advisor support is to serve as a resource to GEO program officers and other stakeholders in ensuring codification of policies and procedures supporting programmatic oversight and management of Major Facilities and Mid-scale Research Infrastructure, and integration of said policies and procedures into NSF’s knowledge management system.
“We are very happy to serve our current customer, NSF, in a new way,” said Mark Witte, QED Chief Executive Officer. “QED’s business process subject matter expertise in discovery and compilation of policies, processes and procedures will be put to use to support GEO in its desire to have a knowledge management framework that will be effective for decades to come.”
